EX-PRESIDENT OF FRENCH SENATE, SENATOR CHRISTIAN PONCELET VISITS AZERBAIJAN HISTORY MUSEUM
Baku, March 16 (AzerTAc). Former president of the French Senate, Senator Christian Poncelet visited Monday the National Museum of Azerbaijan History.
He was informed that that the building built in 1895-1892 was the property of Azerbaijani millionaire, philanthropist Haji Zeynalabdin Tagiyev. The Museum is home to more than 300 exhibits, including photos, historic documents and personal belongings of Taghiyev.
He was also said the Museum was completely overhauled on the Decree from President Ilham Aliyev.
Christian Poncelet viewed the exhibits and signed the Guest Book.
