AZERBAIJANI AMBASSADOR TO INDONESIA MEETS CHIEF OF ASIA-PACIFIC AND AFRICA DEPARTMENT OF COUNTRY`S FOREIGN MINISTRY
Baku, March 17 (AzerTAc) Azerbaijan`s Ambassador to Indonesia, with concurrent accreditation to the Philippines Ibrahim Hajiyev met with Hamzah Thayeb, newly appointed chief of the Asia-Pacific and Africa Department of the country`s Foreign Ministry.
The talks focused on developing relationship between the two countries.
Ibrahim Hajiyev said the fact that Azerbaijan`s Embassy started to function in Indonesia had contributed to deepening bilateral cooperation.
Hamzah Thayeb, in turn, said his country plans, in the immediate future, to open embassies in several countries, including Azerbaijan.
