Bahrain's Sports Day prep meeting set

Manama, Jan. 6 (BNA): The Supreme Council for Youth and Sports assistant secretary general and Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) secretary general Abdulrahman Askar will chair the first preparatory meeting for the third edition of the Bahrain Sports Day. Askar, the organizing committee’s chairman, will speak to representatives of national sports federations as well as from various ministries and the private sector, and will present detailed background data on the previous two editions of the event. On their part, the Ministry of Information Affairs, will present its own media plan to cover the activities of the 2019 Bahrain Sports Day, which has been scheduled for February 13.
