Paris Saint-Germain to Hold Winter Camp in Qatar on January 13 to 17

Paris, January 09 (QNA) - Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) announced its first team players will hold their winter training camp in Qatar on January 13 to 17.
Over four days, the team will make use of outstanding training facilities in the Aspire Zone and benefit from the country's ideal weather conditions.
Spectators will be invited to watch the team's training on Tuesday, January 15 in the Khalifa International Stadium in Doha, one of the venues for the 2022 World Cup.
PSG will launch its new academy in Doha, which will run all year round in Qatar Foundation's courts.
President of Paris Saint-Germain Nasser Al Khelaifi "Qatar offers the ideal conditions to allow our team to prepare for the important fixtures that await in 2019. Our momentum has been very positive since the beginning of the season, and the start of the new year is an important time to bring the players and staff together so that they keep strengthening their bond."
He added that the fan base of the club is increasing in the region adding that he is delighted for the interaction that will take place between the fans and players through this visit.
Al Khelaifi said many of the players will return to play in Qatar during the 2022 FIFA World Cup. He added that Aspire has become a become a major international sporting venue for professionals in a very short period of time and the new facilities being built will make Qatar the destination for all athletes and professionals to visit.
