AZERI DEFENSE MINISTER VISITING QATAR
Baku, March 29 (AzerTAc). Defense Minister of Azerbaijan Safar Abiyev left for an official visit to Qatar on Saturday.
As part of the visit, the Minister is scheduled to meet with the country`s leadership and Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Hamad bin Ali Al Attiyah to discuss military cooperation and regional security issues.
An agrement on military cooperation between governments of Azerbaijan and Qatar is expected to be signed during the visit.
