AZERTAC joins EANA’s conference in Berlin

Berlin, April 4, AZERTAC The conference of the European Alliance of News Agencies (EANA) titled “Opportunities for news agencies from fighting disinformation” has kicked off in Berlin. The German news agency DPA-hosted conference will hear the speeches by the leading experts in this field. Azerbaijan State News Agency (AZERTAC) is also among the news agencies attending the conference. The agency’s special correspondent Vugar Seyidov is representing AZERTAC at the event. Addressing the event, European Commissioner for Budget and Human Resources Günther Oettinger emphasized the EANA member agencies’ role in the fight against fake news.
