Princess Haifa bin Faisal launches early detection of cancer Campaign 2 Riyadh

Speaking on the occasion, Princess Haifa underlined the importance
of health awareness for women, and said Mammogram X-RAY is the best
way for early detection of the breast cancer.


She pointed out that through early detection of breast cancer
facilitates easy medical treatment of the disease up to 97 per cent
of its cure prospects.


She noted that an agreement has been concluded with King Khalid
University Hospital in Abha to establish the first clinic for the
association in Assir region, adding that similar charitable projects
will be implemented in other regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


The campaign aims at collecting donations for the association.


Meanwhile, Director General of the Association Hanadi Al-Auza shed
light on the activities of the Association during the last two years,
and said the Association had organized more than 200 lectures.
