“JUSTICE FOR KHOJALY” CAMPAIGN GETS BOOST IN TURKEY
Baku, April 1 (AzerTAc). The Justice for Khojaly campaign initiated by Leyla Aliyeva, general coordinator of Islamic Conference Youth Forum For Dialogue And Cooperation, has been widely supported in Turkey.
Campaign coordinator in Ankara, expert in genocide studies Gozde Kilic Yashin said he is confident the work done will produce serious results.
Yashin said launch of the Justice for Khojaly website is instrumental in the efforts not to forgive genocides committed by Armenians. He called on to combine efforts to have genocides committed by Armenians recognized by parliaments of foreign countries. Leyla Aliyev`s initiative is an important step to raise public awareness in those countries.
