Ambassador Jahangirzadeh hails Iran-Azerbaijan relations

Tehran, July 19, AZERTAC "Azerbaijan-Iran relations have now reached the highest level," Iran’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan Javad Jahangirzadeh has told local journalists. The ambassador said that thanks to the political will of President Hassan Rouhani and President Ilham Aliyev relations between the two countries in political, economic and cultural areas reached the level of friendship and brotherhood. The ambassador said the two nations share common history, religion, culture and even similar cuisine. "This contributes to the development and strengthening of relations." Jahangirzadeh also affirmed Iran`s support for Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.
