Minister of Culture and Sports Praises Competitions to Win Qatar Prize 'WorldSBK Championship's Final Round'

Doha, October 25 (QNA) - HE Minister of Culture and Sports Salah bin Ghanem Al Ali has praised the ongoing competitions to win Qatar prize, which is the final round of the World Superbike Championship being hosted by Losail International Circuit for three days with the participation of 74 riders from WorldSBK, WorldSSP and WorldSSP300. This came when His Excellency toured Losail International Circuit this evening to follow up and inspect all preparations and arrangements. During the tour, His Excellency met with a number of international teams participating in the championship competitions, including the team of Yamaha, and met also with the Qatari racing team led by Saeed Al Sulaiti who is participating in World Championships. On the sidelines of the tour, HE the Minister of Culture and Sports discussed, during a meeting with President of Yamaha Motor Europe Eric de Seynes, in the presence of officials of the Moro and Motorbike Federation and Losail Circuit Sports Club, ways of enhancing future cooperation between the two sides, as the company has been cooperating with Losail Circuit Sports Club since last season. Saeed Al Sulaiti, the head of the Qatar racing team competing on a Yamaha bike this year, will participate in the final prize of the World Superbike Championship, as part of Losail International Circuit's cooperation with Yamaha.
