Doha, November 28 (QNA) - Qatari coach Felix Sanchez has said that he is confident in his players to return to victories in the next two matches against Yemen tomorrow and the United Arab Emirates next Monday in the Arabian Gulf Cup competitions held in Doha until December 8. Sanchez said that there was a short period of time for the recovery of the players, and the Qatari team will hold its main training in preparation for Yemen match tomorrow and we will choose the best players, especially as everyone understands the importance of the game. "We tried and did things but everything did not go as we planned," said Sanchez, the Spanish coach of Qatar team. "We have to prepare for the next game, we will do the best for our fans," he said. "We will continue to work hard, our group is strong, surely we will be stronger in the second game", the Qatar coach added. "It was a difficult game, in the second half we scored early but then we were unable to score, loss is possible, this is football that everyone knows," he added. Sanchez rejected the idea that Qatar's performance has been declining recently, saying that he does not think the team performance is going down. Sanchez stressed that Qatar team played difficult games in Asia and Copa America and step by step the team will be in the right way to provide the best possible results, and added that that he did not complain about the performance of the Qatari team against Iraq on the contrary the players provided a good level but they lacked winning.
