Effective Refining Process Established

Pyongyang, April 2 (KCNA) -- The Kim Chaek Iron and Steel Complex set up new molten iron-refining process and successfully carried out its no-load trial operation, thus opening a prospect for further improving the quality of steel. The new process is more effective than the previous one in desulphurization, and can fully ensure ingot-molding. It can also improve the quality of steel, saving ferroalloys. The complex steps up preparations for load trial operation. -0-
