Cleveland Clinic Delegation visits Saudi Arabia

RIYADH, April 21, SPA -- A high-ranking delegation from Cleveland
Clinic yesterday started a four-day visit to the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia on an invitation from the Ministry of Health.


“The visit is a continuation of an earlier visit to the Kingdom made
by the clinic’s chief executive officer and president, Dr. Delos
CosGrove, three weeks ago, during which he met with Minister of
Health Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeeah and discussed potential cooperation
between the clinic and the ministry in a number of fields,” said
David Strand, the chief operating officer of Cleveland Clinic.


He said the current delegation would meet senior officials of the
ministry and listen to their points of view on the current status of
the health care system in the country, according to a report
published today by Arab News.
