AFC U-19 Championship: Qatar in Group D with Yemen, Tajikistan and Malaysia

Kuala Lumpur, June 18 (QNA) - Official draw for the AFC U-19 Championship, which was held at the AFC House in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, placed Qatar in Group D along with Yemen, Tajikistan and Malaysia. The draw was held via video conferencing system. The AFC U-19 Championship Uzbekistan 2020 will be held on October 14-31. The 16 teams, participating in the championship, are distributed into four groups comprising of four teams. The first two places from each group qualify to the quarter-finals. According to the draw, hosts Uzbekistan was drawn with Iran, Indonesia and Cambodia in Group A. Group B consists of Iraq, Bahrain, South Korea and Japan, while Group C includes Saudi Arabia, Australia, Vietnam and Laos. (QNA)
