AZERBAIJANI DUO AYSEL AND ARASH RANKS THIRD IN EUROVISION-2009 SONG CONTEST
Baku, May 17 (AzerTAc). Aysel Teymurzadeh took the third spot in the Eurovision-2009 song contest.
Norwegian singer Alexander Rybak became a winner with “Fairytale” song. Iceland took the second place.
Aysel and Arash received 12 points from Turkey, 10 pts from Belarus, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Netherlands, Croatia, Moldova, Hungary and Norway, 8 pts from Sweden, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus and Denmark, 7 pts from Russia and Estonia, 6 pts from Israel, Montenegro and Poland, 5 from Lithuania, 4 from Latvia, Slovakia, Albania, Serbia and Romania, 3 from Belgium, UK, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, 2 from Finland, 1 from Malta, France, Slovenia and Armenia.
