200 thsd doses of Sputnik Light vaccine arrive in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Nov. 15, 2021 . / Kabar / . A batch of 200,000 doses of Sputnik Light Russian coronavirus vaccine were delivered to Kyrgyzstan on Sunday. The Russian Embassy in Kyrgyzstan reported that the delivery was made on a grant basis in accordance with the decision of the Russian Government to provide humanitarian assistance to Kyrgyzstan in the fight against COVID-19. Director of the Republican Immunoprophylaxis Center Gulbara Ishenapysova told Kabar News Agency that an order and schedule for the beginning of vaccination with this one-dose Sputnik Light Russian vaccine is now being prepared. "By the end of this week, residents of Bishkek and Chui Oblast will be able to start receiving it, and there will be a schedule for the distribution of drugs for the rest of regions," the specialist added.
