Construction of Chonsong-Songsanchon Gravity-Fed Drain Pit Completed

Pyongyang, November 27 (KCNA) -- Young people of South Phyongan Province have successfully completed the construction of the Chonsong-Songsanchon gravity-fed drain pit. Bearing in mind the deep love and trust of the Party which regards the youth as standard-bearers and vanguard fighters opening a breakthrough in socialist construction, and leads them, the young people in the province have finally completed the project through a drive for harnessing wild nature in the stubborn attack spirit. The completion of the construction laid a solid foundation for putting coal production on a normal basis by naturally draining underground water from the pits in the area of the Chonsong Youth Coal Mine while saving a large amount of labor, electricity and equipment.
