Floral Tribute to Statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il

Pyongyang, February 2 (KCNA) -- Working people, service personnel, youth and students laid floral baskets and bouquets at the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on the occasion of the Lunar New Year's Day, Juche 111 (2022). Floral baskets and bouquets were placed at the statues on Mansu Hill in the names of Party, power and armed forces organs, social organizations, ministries, national institutions, the units of the Korean People's Army and the Public Security Forces and institutions at all levels, industrial establishments, universities in Pyongyang. The visitors bowed to the statues. Floral baskets in the names of industrial establishments and units of the KPA and the PSF were laid before the statues and the mosaics picturing their smiling images at Kim Il Sung University, the Ministry of National Defence and the Ministry of Public Security, the Mansudae Art Studio and other parts of the capital. Working people, service personnel, youth and students in other parts of the country visited the statues and the mosaics in their residential areas to pay homage to them. -0-
