Emergency Center to Combat Epidemic Diseases in Hajjah, Yemen, Offers Services to 4,062 Beneficiaries within One Week

Hajjah, Yemen, Feb. 08, 2022, SPA -- The Emergency Center to Combat Epidemic Diseases in Jairan District in Yemeni Governorate of Hajjah offered medical services to 4,062 beneficiaries between January 19 and 25, 2022, with support from the Riyadh-based King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief). Epidemics clinic received 908 beneficiaries, awareness and education 1,199 beneficiaries, laboratory department 348, internal medicine clinic 291, medical cases department 35, while medicines were prescribed to 1,199 people, in addition to 82 people benefiting from quarantine services. A total of 554 people benefited from the inspection department in assisting services, in addition to four activities implemented for garbage disposal. --SPA
