Meeting of cultural family building held in Vientiane province

(KPL) The department of mass culture, ministry of information and culture organized on 27 May in Vientiane province, at the 3rd nationwide meeting to draw lessons on family and village cultural building.
The three day meeting was attended by all chief of the district in Vientiane province, directors and deputy directors from all departments under the ministry of foreign affairs, totaling 90.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Mounkeo Oraboun, Minister of Information and Culture highlighted the importance and benefit of the family and village cultural building. He said that family, village and country can not divide from each other otherwise they should be better built with high quality.
Mr. Mounkeo added that the building of cultural family and village is a work to preserve and promote the value of national culture.
During the meeting, the participants will also share their comments and opinion on a number of regulations to manage the culture affairs including the decree on advertising post control, Decree on games and casino control and the decree on entertainment place control.
