Bahraini-Israeli economic cooperation discussed

Manama, Sept. 19 (BNA): As part of her official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Minister of Industry and Commerce, Zayed bin Rashid Al-Zayani, held a meeting with the Minister of Economy and Industry of the State of Israel, Orna Barbivai, in the presence of Israeli Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Eitan Na'eh. The meeting spotlighted issues of common interest and ways of boosting commercial and industrial relations between both countries. The Minister of Industry and Commerce affirmed the importance of exchanging visits and the joint investment and economic projects. He pointed out the unflinching keenness to support the economic sectors, being the main catalyst of economic growth. The two ministers reviewed bilateral relations and ways of enhancing cooperation mainly in the commercial and industrial fields. They also discussed issues of common concern. For her part, the Israeli Minister praised the steady development of bilateral relations, stressing keenness of the State of Israel on more cooperation with the Kingdom of Bahrain to achieve the desired goals.
