Foreign Minister meets Danish counterpart

New York, Sept. 19 (BNA): The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, met today at the headquarters of Bahrain Mission in New York, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Denmark, Jeppe Kofod, on the sidelines of the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly. The ministers lauded the relations between the two countries and reviewed ways to reinforce cooperation at various levels. They also discussed a number of issues of common interest. The meeting was attended by the Undersecretary for Political Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Nations in New York, Ambassador Jamal Faris Al-Ruwaie, and the delegation accompanying the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
