Electricity Minister discusses cooperation with Saudi counterpart

Riyadh, Oct. 3 (BNA): Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Yasser bin Ibrahim Humaidan headed a delegation to Saudi Arabia as part of enhancing cooperation in various developmental fields. The minister met with the Saudi Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al Fadhli and discussed topics of common interest. Humaidan said that the historical depth of Bahraini-Saudi relations is the basis of cooperation and integration between the two ministries. He noted the support these relations enjoy from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The ministers agreed to continue their cooperation to serve the common sectors through the formation of joint technical task forces to work on shared goals and to contribute to enhancing water, environmental and energy security.
