SCH Secretary General elected Co-Chair of Joint Learning Network for Universal Health Coverage

New York, Oct. 4 (BNA): The Joint Learning Network for Universal Health Coverage has elected, during its meeting in Seattle, the USA, the Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Health (SCH), Ibrahim Ali Al-Nawakhda, as a co-chair of the network, which is a global think-tank in universal health coverage. Al-Nawakhda was also chosen as Head of the technical committee concerned with developing and evaluating the programmes technical requirements, which aim to enable countries to implement universal health coverage according to international standards.
