MMMC OFFERS DENTISTRY COURSE
MELAKA (Malaysia), June 15 (Bernama) -- The Melaka-Manipal Medical College
(MMMC) will offer the dentistry course from September this year.
MMMC's Medical Faculty deputy dean Dr Abdul Razzak Mohd Said said for a
start, 50 places would be made availabe for the five-year course which leads to
degree in dentistry.
"Students will do their first two years at MMMC and the remaining three in
Manipal, India," he told reporters after accompanying India's Human Resources
Minister, Kapil Sibal, on a tour of the college here Monday.
Kapil, who handles the Education portfolio in India, is in the country to
attend the five-day 17th Commonwealth Ministers Conference, which started Monday
Kuala Lumpur.
