Deputy Prime Minister recieves outgoing Egyptian Ambassador

Manama, Oct. 3 (BNA): Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, received Yasser Mohammed Shaban, outgoing Ambassador of Egypt to Bahrain.

Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah commended the historic Bahrain-Egypt relations and the strategic partnership between the countries, supported by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and Egyptian President Abdulfatah Al Sisi.

He highlighted the cooperation between the two countries in development, economic, and investment sectors, supported by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister and by Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of Egypt.

The Deputy Prime Minister noted the contributions of the Egyptian community in Bahrain.

He praised the efforts of the ambassador in strengthening bilateral relations, wishing him success in his future assignments.

The ambassador thanked the Deputy Prime Minister for the support he received during his tenure, wishing Bahrain further progress and prosperity.
