The FM Discusses With His Iranian Counterpart In Jeddah The Efforts Made To Stop The War On Gaza

Baghdad / NINA / - Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Fuad Hussein, discussed with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hussein Amir Abdullahian, the efforts made to stop the war on Gaza and deliver humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.

 A statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Minister Fuad Hussein met with his Iranian counterpart on the sidelines of the extraordinary meeting of the Executive Committee of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to discuss the Israeli military aggression against the Palestinian people, at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Organization in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

 Abdullahian stressed that all efforts must focus on stopping the war and protecting civilians, stressing the danger of the war expanding to the security of the entire region./ End
