Russia urges N Korea to return to six-party talks-FM.
MOSCOW, June 24 (Itar-Tass) - Russia calls on Pyongyang to reconsider its withdrawal from the six-party nuclear talks and return to the negotiating table, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexei Borodavkin said after consultations with South Korean envoy Wi Sung-lac on Wednesday.
He recalled that North Korea announced its decision to withdraw from
the six-party negotiating process.
"This evokes regret and disappointment. This decision should be
reconsidered," Borodavkin said.
"We use all diplomatic means to persuade North Korea that it should
return to the six-party process," he said.
