Balanced producer-network relations to stabilise food market-PM.

MOSCOW, June 25 (Itar-Tass) - Balanced relations between
producers-suppliers and networks should make a considerable contribution
to the stabilisation of the situation on the food market, Russian Prime
Minister Vladimir Putin said Wednesday at a meeting on drafting the law on
trade.
"Balanced regulation within the framework of this chain may become a
considerable contribution to the stabilisation on the internal market," he
said.
Putin also stressed that the government does no intend to shift all
the social responsibility to businesses and takes into account their
problems. "We have this understanding and realise existing difficulties,"
noted the prime minister.
