Youth League Organizations in DPRK Positively Help Farming

 Pyongyang, March 26 (KCNA) -- Youth league organizations in South Hamgyong Province of the DPRK are making a dynamic drive to help the youth sub-workteams and workteams in agricultural field.
Officials of the provincial youth league committee sent a lot of manure and farm implements to the farms on several occasions. They have worked together with young agricultural workers in field, directing efforts to the educational work to further enhance their role in farming.
Youth league organizations in cities and counties have sent farming and other materials in good time, giving full play to the creative activeness of the youth sub-workteam and workteam members in the rural areas.
The youth league organizations at all levels in the province sent more than 100 000 tons of organic fertilizer to farms amid the brisk work for consolidating the material and technical foundations of the rural youth sub-workteams and workteams.
Those in Yonggwang, Kumya and Hongwon counties and Tanchon City, too, have helped the members of youth sub-workteams and workteams.
Those in Hamju and Sinhung counties and Sinpho City, together with youth sub-workteams and youth workteams in the rural areas, found out several hectares of new arable land and restored tens of hectares of land. -0-
