High-capacity Generating Equipment Produced

Pyongyang, May 2 (KCNA) -- The Taean Heavy Machine Complex in the DPRK has completed the production of high-capacity generating equipment for Tanchon Power Station No. 1.
The completion makes it possible to finish the first-stage project for the Tanchon Power Station, which will contribute to strengthening the foundation of the country's power production and improving the people's living standards, within the period set by the Party.
Officials, workers and technicians of the complex are putting spurs to the production of major custom-built equipment for various sectors of the national economy. -0-
