Bier of Kim Ki Nam Visited by Many Officials in DPRK

Pyongyang, May 9 (KCNA) -- Members of the state funeral committee and officials of the Party, government, armed forces organs, ministries and national agencies of the DPRK visited the bier of Kim Ki Nam, former secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea who is winner of Order of Kim Il Sung and Order of Kim Jong Il and the title of Labor Hero, on May 8 to express condolences over his death.
They entered the mourning ceremony venue with sorrow over the loss of the veteran of the Party and the revolution, authoritative theoretician and prominent political activist.
Seen before the bier of the deceased was a wreath bearing the august name of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
Amid the playing of dirge, laid were wreaths in the names of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, the Cabinet of the DPRK, the Ministry of National Defence, ministries and national agencies.
The mourners observed a moment's silence in memory of the late Kim Ki Nam.
They expressed deep sympathy to his family members. -0-
