Sekong expects 2.5 billion kip from exports
(KPL) In 2008-2009 period, Sekong province will do its utmost to earn a revenue of 2.5 billion kip from its exports.
The main exports of this southern province are beans, live animals, and some others.
Last year, southern Sekong province harvested 8,078 tons of cash crops worth784 million kip, grow on 2,275 ha of farmland.
The main crops were maize, bulbous crops and beans. At the same time, the value of imported industrial goods rose to 1.58 billion kip.
