President Kim Il Sung Remembered in Different Countries

Pyongyang, July 20 (KCNA) -- Seminars on President Kim Il Sung's Feats, memorial services, lectures, round-table talks, photo and book exhibitions and film shows took place in Russia, Nepal, Bangladesh, Syria, Iran, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Pakistan, Germany, Belarus, Italy, the Czech Republic, France, Serbia, Equatorial Guinea, Algeria, Egypt, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Venezuela between July 3 and 15 to commemorate the 30th anniversary of demise of the President.
Present at the events were personages of various circles and citizens in those countries.
Screened at the film shows were DPRK films dealing with the noble revolutionary career and exploits of the President.
Speeches were made at the events.
The chairman of the Bangladesh Institute of the Juche Idea, the chairman of the Bangladesh-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Committee, the chairperson of the Pakistan-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Committee and the chairman of the Pakistan Association for Self-Reliance Studies praised the President for founding the immortal Juche idea, achieving the sacred cause of national liberation under the banner of independence and glorifying the dignity of the country and nation.
The chairman of the Nepalese Literary Forum for Juche Studies, the chairman of the Juche Philosophy Study Committee of India, the chairman of the Anti-Imperialist Forum of Germany, the chairman of the Algeria-Korea Friendship Association and the secretary general of the Tanzanian National Coordinating Committee of the Juche Idea Study Groups said that the exploits of the President, who gave material and moral assistance to the peoples of the countries aspiring to independence in their struggle for national liberation and the building of new society and made great contributions to the cause of global independence, would be immortal.
The general secretary of the Syrian Communist Party (Unified) expressed the will to develop the friendly and cooperative relations with the Workers' Party of Korea and boost support and solidarity with it in the struggle for socialism and communism in the future, too.
The general secretary of the Italian Movement for Peace and Socialism and the chairman of the Venezuelan Group for the Study of Philosophy on the Juche Idea praised Kim Il Sung as the founder of socialist Korea, outstanding military strategist and prominent leader of the world revolution who glorified the 20th century with his independent politics.
Messages to the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un were adopted at the memorial events held in Nepal, Germany and the Czech Republic. -0-
