Work to Arm Schoolchildren with Spirit of Wartime Generation Intensified in DPRK

Pyongyang, July 21 (KCNA) -- Work to educate in the spirit of the victorious wartime generation is intensified at schools of the DPRK with the great victory day approaching.
Schools in Pyongyang are preparing the rising generation as revolutionary talents who know their motherland before getting knowledge.
The Samhung Middle School has more effectively instilled in the pupils the wartime heroes' loyalty to the Party and the leader and their indomitable spirit of defending the country.
Meetings with war veterans, contests of singing wartime songs in chorus while marching, art performances and exhibitions of sketches on the theme of class education serve as an occasion for raising the anti-imperialist class consciousness of schoolchildren and making them regard the national defence as the most vivid expression of patriotism.
Kumbong Senior Middle School in Songyo District has organized visit to the Fatherland Liberation War Martyrs Cemetery, oratorical meeting and other events.
