April 15 Children's Flower Garden Remodeled in DPRK

 Pyongyang, July 22 (KCNA) -- The April 15 Children's Flower Garden has been completely remodeled in the DPRK.
More than 100 kinds of flowering plants grow in the large garden, and it has ample conditions for cultural and emotional life.
The botanical exhibition, dancing fountain, etc. were given a complete facelift.
At the remodeled botanical exhibition, the visitors can observe all the plants which grow in subtropical, tropical, temperate and frigid zones, being told about the plants by the guiding robot and can watch multimedia programs. The exhibition helps the pupils get lots of knowledge of plants.
The beautiful dancing fountain in day and night please the working people and schoolchildren visiting it.
More than 10 facilities, including a general service building, flower shops and floricultural greenhouse, were built in a peculiar way.
A sports ground was arranged to contribute to the extracurricular activities of schoolchildren.
The flower garden was open in April Juche 81 (1992). -0-
