Commander-in-Chief receives Italian Ambassador

Manama, Oct. 30 (BNA): Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), received Andrea Catalano, the newly appointed Italian Ambassador to Bahrain.

Lieutenant General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Nuaimi, the Minister of Defence Affairs, was present.

The meeting discussed topics that strengthen bilateral relations, as well as ongoing cooperation and coordination between the two countries.

The Commander-in-Chief also wished the ambassador success in his new diplomatic role.
