WPK Central Committee Sends Congratulatory Message to Manpho Smeltery
Pyongyang, November 6 (KCNA) -- The Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea sent a congratulatory message to the workers, technicians and officials at the Manpho Smeltery on the occasion of its 50th founding anniversary. A meeting to convey it took place on the spot on Tuesday.
Present there were Jon Hyon Chol, secretary of the Central Committee of the WPK, Pak Song Chol, chief secretary of the Jagang Provincial Committee of the WPK, and officials and employees at the smeltery.

The history of the smeltery is shining more brilliantly with the course of its workers' staunch struggle and it is being firmly carried forward by the steadfast personifiers of loyalty, who have cherished the leadership exploits of the Party as their most precious treasure, the younger generation who are defending the revolutionary posts of their parents generation after generation, the message said and went on:
The smeltery has not only over-fulfilled the national economic plans every year but also carried out the orders and instructions of the Party without a single pending item in the drive for implementing the tasks set forth by the 8th Party Congress. The proud records are a clear proof of the high spiritual world and fighting spirit of its workers.
The WPK Central Committee in the message extended warm congratulations to the workers, technicians and officials at the Manpho Smeltery who are displaying boundless responsibility and devotion in carrying out the important tasks entrusted by the Party by inheriting the precious tradition of loyalty and setting an excellent example in implementing the Party's policies.
Speakers at the meeting expressed their determination to glorify with proud successes in increased production the honor and pride of receiving the congratulatory message of the WPK Central Committee. -0-
