Pyongyang Makes Achievements in Land Management
Pyongyang, November 8 (KCNA) -- Thanks to the high patriotic enthusiasm and devoted efforts of officials and working citizens in Pyongyang, the capital city of the DPRK, progress is made in the work to completely change the looks of the city.
Mangyongdae District carried out a project for paving Pyongyang-Taedong road at a high level, thus contributing to improving the environmental culture of the capital city as required by the times and raising the level of its civilization.
Pothonggang District spruced up the Unha area, in which many agencies and enterprises are located, in a short span of time and turned Unha and Kumran islets on the Pothong River into better pleasure parks full of people's laughter.
Meanwhile, the city finished the repair of Chongryu Bridge and has stepped up such projects as the pavement of Pyongyang-Kangdong road. -0-
