Iraq Renews Its Full Solidarity With Lebanon And Its People
Baghdad / NINA /- Prime Minister, Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani renewed Iraq's full solidarity with Lebanon and its brotherly people, and its support for all efforts aimed at protecting the Lebanese people and their sovereignty over their land, in the face of the aggression they are exposed to. The Prime Minister's Media Office stated in a statement: "Al-Sudani met today, Monday, in Riyadh, with Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati, on the sidelines of the joint Arab - Islamic summit to discuss the aggression on Gaza and Lebanon, hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The meeting witnessed, according to the statement, a review of the latest developments in the ongoing Zionist aggression on Lebanon and Gaza, and international and regional efforts to stop the war and prevent the expansion of the conflict in the Middle East.
