New Houses Built at Rural Village of South Phyongan Province
Pyongyang, November 17 (KCNA) -- Modern houses have been built at the Yakjon Farm in Sukchon County, South Phyongan Province, the DPRK, making a new appearance of creating our style of civilization.
The changes of the villages demonstrate the validity and vitality of the Workers' Party of Korea's policy, which set it as an important political task to turn all the rural villages across the country into rich and cultured ideal socialist villages.
Present at the ceremony for moving into new houses were Kim Man Jo, secretary of the South Phyongan Provincial Committee of the WPK, officials and agricultural workers of Sukchon County.
At the ceremony, a congratulatory address was made. Then, licenses for the use of houses were handed over and speeches were made.
Amid a cheerful dancing party, officials visited the owners of the new houses to share joy with them. -0-
