Delegation of Pyongyang Municipal Committee of WPK Leaves for Russia

 Pyongyang, November 19 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Pyongyang Municipal Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea led by its Secretary Ri Myong Chol left here by air on Nov. 18 to visit Russia. -0-
