KSrelief Implements Saudi Volunteer Project to Combat Blindness in Bangladesh

Rangpur, Bangladesh, November 29, 2024, SPA -- The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has implemented the Saudi Volunteer Project to combat blindness and its contributive diseases in Rangpur, Bangladesh, with the participation of three volunteers.
   The center's volunteer medical team examined 5,082 cases, performed 456 specialized eye surgeries, and distributed 1,454 eyeglasses from November 22 to 26.
   This initiative is among the humanitarian and relief projects carried out by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, to support the medical sector and assist low-income patients suffering from eye diseases in several countries.
