PM Discusses With The Chinese Ambassador Bilateral Relations And Ways To Enhance Them

Baghdad (NINA) - Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani received today, Monday, the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Iraq, Mr. Cui Wei.
During the meeting, according to a statement of al-Sudani's media office, they discussed bilateral relations and ways to enhance them in various fields, in a way that achieves mutual benefit and common interests between the two friendly countries.
The meeting witnessed discussion of regional issues of common interest, and the overall developments in the Middle East region, and stressed the importance of urgent action to end the crises it suffers from, in light of the continued Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip, and with the developments it is witnessing in Syria.
For his part, the Ambassador conveyed the greetings of the Chinese President to the Prime Minister, stressing his country's keenness to enhance cooperation with Iraq, in addition to the work of Chinese companies within the framework of the framework agreement signed between the two countries. / End
