New Houses Built at Rural Village of Pyongyang
Pyongyang, December 13 (KCNA) -- New houses have been built at the Pongmun Branch of the Songgum Stock-breeding Farm under the Pyongyang Municipal Rural Economy Committee.
The modern houses are a cradle of happiness provided under the leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea which sets the housing construction, welcomed by the people, as the primary important policy task and pushes forward it.
A ceremony for moving into new houses took place on the spot on December 11.
Present there were Ri Un Sok, secretary of the Pyongyang Municipal Committee of the WPK, officials of the Party and power organs, builders and agricultural workers in Kangdong County.
Ho Ju Song, vice-chairman of the Pyongyang Municipal People's Committee, made a congratulatory address and the licenses for the use of new houses were handed over.
Amid a cheerful dancing party, officials visited the owners of the new houses, sharing joy with them. -0-
