Event Held Abroad to Commemorate Chairman Kim Jong Il's Demise Anniversary
Pyongyang, December 18 (KCNA) -- Families of those related to the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle held a photo exhibition and seminar at the DPRK embassy in Beijing on Dec. 13 to commemorate the 13th anniversary of demise of Chairman Kim Jong Il.
Present there were those families and the DPRK ambassador to China and his embassy officials.
The participants laid a floral basket and bouquets before the portraits of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il and paid tribute to them.
Then they looked round photos of President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
Speeches were made there.
Zhang Jinlu, daughter of Zhang Weihua, Zhou Haiqiao, daughter of Zhou Baozhong's daughter, Feng Songguang, son of Feng Zhongyun, and Yu Ming, son of Li Zade, praised the undying feats Kim Jong Il performed for the country and the people, the times and history.
They said that the revolutionary friendship the President and the Chairman formed with their parents serves as precious mental wealth, referring to the great love and benevolence shown by Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un.
They expressed belief that the DPRK people would continue to register fresh successes in building a powerful socialist country under the guidance of the Workers' Party of Korea headed by Kim Jong Un. -0-
