HH the Amir Affirms Qatar and India Share Historic Relations Built on Partnership, Cooperation

Doha, February 18 (QNA) - HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani affirmed that the State of Qatar and the Republic of India share historic relations built on partnership, cooperation, and mutual respect, noting the two countries' commitment to working together to strengthen these relations and achieve growth and prosperity for their nations.
In a post on his official account on "X" platform, HH the Amir stated that he held talks on Tuesday with the President of India, Droupadi Murmu, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi in which they discussed ways to expand bilateral cooperation between the two countries in fields of trade, economy, and investment. His Highness added that Qatar and India share long-standing historical relations built on partnership, cooperation, and mutual respect, pointing out that the leaders of two countries are committed to joint efforts that contribute to solidifying these relations and fulfilling the aspirations of the two friendly nations for growth and prosperity.
