Minister Of Health Discusses With Spanish Ambassador To Iraq Ways Of Health Cooperation Between The Two Countries

Baghdad / NINA /- Minister of Health Saleh Mahdi Al-Hasnawi discussed with the Spanish Ambassador to Iraq Alicia Rico Perez ways of joint health cooperation between the two countries, especially in the field of localizing the pharmaceutical industry.

The ministry stated in a statement: "Al-Hasnawi received this morning, Tuesday, the Spanish Ambassador to Iraq Alicia Rico Perez at the ministry's headquarters in the presence of a number of officials in the ministry. During the meeting, ways of joint health cooperation between the two countries were discussed, especially in the field of localizing the pharmaceutical industry, exchanging experiences, and encouraging Spanish companies in health investment in the field of medicines, medical supplies, and health projects.

The minister stressed: "The ministry's readiness to cooperate with the Spanish side and sign a memorandum of understanding between the two countries to cooperate in this regard." / End
