Preparations for Ninth April Spring People's Art Festival Brisk in DPRK

Pyongyang, April 2 (KCNA) -- Preparations for the Ninth April Spring People's Art Festival to be held in Pyongyang on the occasion of the 113th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung are brisk in the DPRK.
The festival will bring together more than 1 500 members of 24 excellent organizations from across the country, including art group members of the Sangwon Cement Complex, the Kyongsong Electric Appliances Plant, the September Textile Mill and the Kangdong Greenhouse Complex.
It will be held in different places, including the People's Palace of Culture, the Pyongyang Grand Theatre, the East Pyongyang Grand Theatre and the Central Youth Hall, divided into the sections of city and county (complex) art groups, institutional art groups, industrial establishment art groups and farm art groups.
The festival organizing committee is scrupulously conducting the work for successful festival.
The art groups are making efforts to put various forms of art pieces on the stage. -0-
