HM King condoles with Vatican Secretary of State on HH Pope’s passing

Manama, Apr. 21 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of condolences to Cardinal Pietro Parolin, Secretary of State of the Vatican, following the passing of His Holiness Pope Francis.

His Majesty the King expressed sincere condolences, praising the significant role played by His Holiness in promoting interfaith and intercultural dialogue, advancing the values of human solidarity and tolerance, fostering peaceful coexistence among people of all backgrounds, and supporting just causes while rejecting conflict and war.
